When we refer to the Point of Contact in our support tickets, etc., we are talking about the email address that you use to login to your Hosted.com Account.
This is the same email address that you receive newsletters and emails from us and is referred to as your Point of Contact.
If you don’t have access to that email address anymore, please let us know by replying to the Hosted.com email you received and send through the Account Holder’s Social Security Card. That way, we can verify your identity and make sure we’re not resetting any details for someone who isn’t authorized to request changes.
