When requesting an SSL certificate, domain validation is often completed via an approval email sent to a predefined address associated with your domain.
If you do not see the Domain Approver Email listed, it usually means the required email addresses are not available or configured for your domain.
SSL Validation requests can only be sent to these five predefined emails:
- admin@example.domain
- administrator@example.domain
- hostmaster@example.domain
- postmaster@example.domain
- webmaster@example.domain.
