You can view your current account balance, download invoices, and generate detailed account statements for your records at any time.

How to View Account Balance, Invoices, and Statements
1. Login to your Hosted.com® account.
2. From the dashboard, you will immediately be able to view Account Credit.

3. If you have a credit balance, it will appear as a positive amount.
4. If you owe money, your balance will appear as a negative amount.
View and Download Invoices
5. Click My Invoices in the Billing menu.

6. You’ll see a list of all your invoices with the following details:
Invoice number
Issue date
Due date
Status (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue)
Total amount
7. Click any Invoice Number to view the full invoice.
8. Use the Download button to save a PDF copy for your records.
9. View Accont Statements and Download my Account Statements
10. In the Billing Menu, click Statements.
11. Select your preferred date range
EXAMPLE:
Last 30 days, this year, or a custom range).
12. Click Generate Statement to view all transactions during the selected period.
13. Download or Print the statement for bookkeeping or auditing purposes.
