Email delivery depends on the accuracy and availability of recipient addresses. When an address no longer exists or has moved, the server will return a permanent failure.
The SMTP Error 551 – Invalid or Relocated Recipient indicates that the destination email address is no longer valid or has been relocated without forwarding in place. The server cannot deliver messages to this address. Further delivery attempts to the same address will continue to fail.
