Backup Manager Terms of Service

This document contains the terms and conditions for the Backup Manager. This Backup Manager agreement forms part of the Universal Terms and Conditions of Hosted.com which are incorporated by reference. 

The User is solely responsible for making backup copies of any User content hosted on the Hosted.com infrastructure. Hosted.com does offer the User an optional fee-based automated Backup Manager solution as an add-on to their hosting packages.  

Hosted.com is not responsible for monitoring a User's account size. In the event that the User does not maintain the proper account size a backup may not be available or performed. 

The Backup Manager solution provides regular automated data backups for accounts equal to or less than the base package User’s product plan.  

Payment of Fees:

To implement the Backup Manager product, the User must sign up and pay, at the then current fee, within the User Account. The Backup Manager fee will automatically renew, upon expiration of the current term for a renewal period equal in time to the most recent service period. 

Non-Refundable and Cancellation of Product:

The User acknowledges and agrees that the Backup Manager fee is non-refundable. The Backup Manager may be canceled at any time by creating a verified ticket in the User Account. 

Limitation of Liability:

Hosted.com will maintain backups of selected User content only if the User subscribes to the Backup Manager Plan and the billing does not fall into arrears. Hosted.com assumes no liability of any sort, as to the availability or completeness of any User backups as the User is expected and encouraged to maintain separate backup copies of the User content outside of the Backup Manager.
