When investigating email delivery issues, such as delays or finding the origin of an email, you will need the full header message of the original email. Message headers contain detailed routing information, including server paths, timestamps, authentication results, and SMTP responses.

How to View Message Headers in Outlook (2010 & Newer)
Follow these steps to view message headers in Outlook:
1. Open the email message where you want to inspect the headers.
2. In the email window, click File.
3. Click Properties.
4. In the Properties dialog box, locate Internet Headers. Here you will see the message’s full technical details.
How to Add Message Options to Quick Access Toolbar (Outlook)
To quickly access message headers and related settings in Outlook:
1. Go to File, then choose Options.
2. Select Quick Access Toolbar.
3. From the dropdown, select All Commands.
4. Find and select Message Options, then click Add >>.
5. Click OK.
You can now access message properties and headers faster.
How to View Headers in Older Versions of Outlook
Outlook 2007
1. Open Outlook.
2. Right-click the email.
3. Select Message Options.
4. View headers in the Internet Headers section.
Outlook 2003
1. Open the email.
2. Click View → Message Headers.
3. Alternatively, select Options from the message menu.
How to View Email Headers in Gmail
1. Access your Gmail account via your browser.
2. Click the message you wish to inspect.
3. Click the three-dot menu next to Reply.
4. Select Show original.
5. The full headers will open in a new window.
How to View Headers in Outlook Web Access (OWA)
1. Access your inbox via Outlook Web Access.
2. Double-click the message to open it in a new window.
3. Click the menu icon (three dots or message options).
4. Locate Internet Mail Headers section in the message details.

Login to Hosted.com® Account
1. Go to the Hosted.com® website Account Login page.
2. Enter your Email and Password and click the Sign In button.
3. You will see the Hosted.com® Dashboard, displaying the Manage Account menu on the left and your Account Information, Account Overview and Open Support Tickets on the right.
Login to cPanel from your Hosted.com® Dashboard
4. Click on Manage Services to view the sub-dropdown menu and select the hosting package for the domain you want to work with – in our example we are using WordPress Hosting.
5. Click the Manage button to the right of the domain name you want to access.
6. The display will now show Product Information, Quick Manage, Resource Usage and Site Statistics for that domain name.
7. Under Product Information, scroll down to Control Panel, which will display cPanel to the right, and click on the Login button.
