Keeping track of your invoices is simple with Hosted.com®. From your client portal, you can quickly view, download, or export your invoices whenever you need them.

How to View and Manage Invoices
NOTE:
You can view your current Account Credit when you login to the Hosted.com® Dashboard.
1. Login to Your Hosted.com® Account.

2. Once in the dashboard, open the Billing dropdown menu.

3. Click the first link for My Invoices.
4. Here, all your invoices will be displayed.
Additional Information
- Overdue Invoices: Always check your Account Overview for overdue invoices to avoid service interruptions. Payments not made on time could result in suspension of hosting, email, or domain services.
- Exporting Data: Exporting invoices in .CSV format is useful for small businesses that need to reconcile payments with their accounting software.
- Proof of Payment: If you’ve made a payment that hasn’t reflected on your account, please email your proof of payment to billing@hosted.com along with your Company Name, Client ID, or Invoice Number.
- Invoice Allocation: If you have multiple outstanding invoices, payments will be allocated to the oldest invoice first unless you specify otherwise.
- Payment Methods Accepted: Hosted.com® accepts a variety of payment methods, including EFT, debit/credit cards, and recurring debit orders. Ensure you use the correct reference number to avoid allocation delays.
- Downloading Statements: You can download a full account statement directly from the Dashboard. This is useful if you need a summary of all transactions for tax or financial reporting purposes.
- Support Assistance: If you encounter issues with viewing, downloading, or paying invoices, you can open a Support Ticket directly from your dashboard for assistance.
